Throughout 2019 I had the honor of consulting with ideastream
, Ohio's leading public media organization, on the impact of human-centered design on organizational transformation. Through that partnership, Clockwork was brought in to share thought leadership with a coalition of public media leaders from Pittsburgh, Buffalo, and Detroit.
I focused the presentation on how human-centered design thinking practices can impact not only digital experiences, but other non-design areas of an organization as well. The audience included operational-minded individuals like HR directors, and we wanted to ensure to share a holistic vision that demonstrated the broad potential that design thinking practices can bring.
